Shiki Hototogisu Ramen

Shiki Hototogisu Ramen restaurant was founded in  2006 in Tokyo, Japan by Michelin-starred (2019 to 2022) Chef Mr Atsushi Yamamoto. It attained the Tokyo Michelin Bib Gourmand Title from 2015 to 2018. 

Too many choices in the menu, hard to decide -  just pick The Quattro Meat Ramen set which comes with a 5-piece fried Gyoza and Lemon Tea. Quattro ramen is a fusion of the goodness of traditional Japanese smooth noodle, with Cha Shu, Meatball, Iberico Wanton and slices of Duck meat in lightly spicy gravy. Complete the meal with side orders - Fried Tofu in black sauce -2 pieces and Cuttlefish. Location: #B1-130 Jewel at Changi Airport.

Hainan Story Chapter 2

Hainan Story Chapter 2, a spinoff restaurant from the famous Wee Nam Kee Chicken Rice chain is the "new kid in town" drawing the crowd at Jewel. Besides traditional chicken rice, it added an array of local favourites such as Laksa, Nasi Lemak, Fried rice... bakery items and local coffee shop traditional kopi and tea to its menu. Pick up its newspaper-like menu; to order scan the QR code on the clipboard; they served at your table from 10 minutes. Location: you can't miss it at Jewel B2-201/202.

The longest queue on level 1 at the Jewel leads you to a small minimalist design counter shop - Birds of the Paradise Gelato and now "extending" to a new outlet at basement 1. Choice of single-scoop or double-scoop. Some rich flavours - Sea-Salt Hojicha, Mango Sorbet, Vanilla Fig, Lychee Raspberry, Midnight Giandula, Pistachio, Strawberry Basil, Dark Chocolate Sorbet, Peach & Rose Sorbet.. Tsui Wah started in 1967 as a neighbourhood “Ice Café” in the bustling streets of Mong Kok, Hong Kong. It has become a popular 'Cha Chaan Teng' chain offering Hong Kong classics such as Hot Milk Tea, Crispy Bun with Condensed Milk, and Beef Brisket Curry. 

Specialty dishes - Kagoshima-Style Braised Pork Cartilage & Wontons with Tossed Mixian and the King Prawns with Tossed Mila Mixian are delicious; enjoyed the hot milk tea and signature hot milk coffee with Bolo Char Siew Bun. Dining ambience is comfortable and the staff service is good.

Tun Xiang Hokkien Delights

Tun Xiang Hokkien Delights is probably the only restaurant at Changi Jewel that offers a varieties of familiar Singapore hawker food and Zhi Char dishes. The small restaurant setting, with less than 10 tables, serves its popular signature Hokkien Mee and other specialties - Oyster Omelette, Bittergourd Ribs, Har Cheong Gai (Shrimp Paste Chicken Drumettes), Pig Organs Soup, Salted Beansprout and vegetable dishes.
